Q: I forgot my PIN for homebanking, now I can't access my account. How do I find out what my PIN is?

A: To find out your homebanking PIN, or basically to reset it, you go into our homebanking site, however do not fill in your User ID , but skip down to where it says "Forgot My Password". Simply click on that, you will be asked for your account number, User ID and CALL 24 PIN and you can then reset your password.

Q: I'm using Homebanking and would like to print out my history, however, I do not have Quicken or Excel. How can I print it out?

A: You can use the print function inside your browser or download the history in a format "comma delimitted" which can be imported into any spreadsheet or word processor.
